Alocasia ‘California’ is a relatively large houseplant with sprawling, dark green leaves which grow in the form of a shrub. The Alocasia ‘California’ should be grown in soil that is mildly alkaline and must only be watered once the top layer of the soil dries. The plant loves bright, indirect sunlight in environments with high air humidity and temperatures of 17-29°C. If maintained correctly, then the leaves of the exotic houseplant will grow to a massive 85cm! Throughout young stages of its life, the plant must be kept indoors, but once it has reached maturity, it can also be placed outside to add its beauty to any garden!
