Pandan can reach up to 2-3 meters in height and takes around 2-3 years to mature. Pandan thrives in full sun to partial shade and requires well-drained soil that is rich in organic matter. It needs regular watering, especially during dry periods, to keep the soil consistently moist. Pandan prefers warm and humid climates with temperatures ranging from 25-35°C during the day and 20-25°C at night. It is commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisine, especially in dishes from Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
