Pomegranate is a very popular fruit that grows from a beautiful tree that is very delicate whilst young. To ensure that the plant grows enough to produce these delicious fruits, it should be planted in loose, well-draining soil in an environment with hot summers and cool (not cold!) winters. The plant will grow optimally if supplied if watered deeply 3 times a week and should be planted in a spot that receives direct sunlight for at least 6 hours a day. Having done this, the brilliant tree will start producing its’ vibrant and delicious fruits within 2-3 years of planting.
